A reel titled Recorrido 7B walks through a finished three bedroom home on the seventh floor, line B, in 29.8 seconds. The home in the clip looks complete: furnished rooms, a wrap terrace, a clear line of sight to the water. None of that can be filmed yet, because the building is not there yet. Here is what unit 7B actually is today, checked against the developer's own pages.
What the Recorrido 7B ad shows
The clip is a walkthrough of the design for unit 7B: three bedrooms, a living and dining run, a kitchen, and a wrap terrace, presented as though a camera were moving through a finished, furnished home. That is a visualisation of the floor plan and finish package, not footage of a completed apartment, because Platinum Tower has not reached the seventh floor in construction. The same distinction applies to the building's other walkthrough ad, checked in Platinum Tower's walkthrough ad, checked line by line, which covers a general door to rooftop reel rather than a single named unit. Platinum Tower is designed, engineered and built by one company, set out on the developer page.
What is actually built right now
Platinum Tower's structure is confirmed at the second floor as of the latest build update. A seventh floor home cannot be walked through on camera yet, because the seventh floor itself has not been poured. What can be checked today is the dated record of the real site at Cape Point, published as the build progresses in Platinum Tower's construction progress, in photos. That gap between a finished looking render and an unfinished building is the same mechanic covered in buying off plan at Platinum Tower.
Checking unit 7B's own specifications
Line B on floor 7 falls in Platinum Tower's three bedroom range. Per the developer's own three bedroom residence page, lines B and C from the second to the ninth floor carry a built area of 127.4 sqm, a terrace of around 29 sqm, and a total area of 156.4 sqm. That specification is smaller than the equivalent first floor three bedroom lines, which run to 201.8 sqm total, so a buyer comparing 7B against ground level three bedroom homes is comparing two different sizes under the same bedroom count.
Does 7B have a confirmed sea view
Yes. Sea View is confirmed for lines A through D on floors 3 to 9, which places line B on floor 7 inside that range, alongside the two top floor penthouses. That is worth stating plainly because older marketing material has at times implied sea view sits with the penthouses alone; the current, per unit outlook table on the developer's residences page does not support that reading for line B.
How much stock is left in the three bedroom range
Three bedroom homes make up 18 of Platinum Tower's 56 residences, alongside 18 studios, 18 two-bedroom homes and two penthouses across 11 floors. At the last recorded snapshot, 16 of those 18 three bedroom homes remained available. That count moves as reservations are made, so the specific status of 7B is worth checking directly on the live availability page rather than assuming the ad itself confirms anything about current stock.
What this means for a buyer evaluating 7B
A rendered walkthrough is a normal way to market a home that is still off-plan, and it is a reasonable way to see the intended layout, finish and terrace of unit 7B before it exists. What it cannot do is stand in for proof that the home is finished, or that the seventh floor is built. For that, the dated construction record and the live availability listing are the two pages worth checking, the same approach used for the building's other unit types in Platinum Tower's two bedroom timelapse ad, checked and in studio, two bed or three bed: which fits.
