A diaspora targeted reel moves a camera on a dolly through a three bedroom layout and lands on one line: room for everyone when you fly home. It is a strong claim for anyone planning a family trip back to the Gambia, and quite different from the short term rentals and aggregated listings that usually rank for three bedroom apartments in the Gambia. This article checks the claim against Platinum Tower's own floor plan, availability and price data, the same way the walkthrough ad and the studio price ad were checked before it. Skip straight to the real three bedroom specification for the short version.

What the ad actually shows

The shot is a walkthrough dolly move through a three bedroom home, furnished and staged for the camera. That staging is a visualised walkthrough built from the floor plan, not a video of a finished, occupied unit. As of 7 October 2026 the structure stands at the second floor, so no finished interior exists yet to film. Treat the walkthrough as a preview of the design, not a record of what is built today.

The real three bedroom specification

Three bedroom homes at Platinum Tower sit on lines B and C, floors one through nine, eighteen units in total, as set out on the developer's own residences page. The built area runs about 127.4 square metres. Counting the terrace, total area runs 156.4 to 201.8 square metres, with the terrace itself running 29.0 to 74.4 square metres depending on floor and line. That terrace range is the part most likely to make a three bedroom home feel like it has room for everyone: it is outdoor living space on top of three real bedrooms indoors.

For how a three bedroom home compares with the studio and two bedroom options, see Studio, two bedroom or three bedroom: which fits. For the complete size table across every unit type, see Platinum Tower sizes, unit by unit.

Availability, as of the latest snapshot

As of the 7 October 2026 availability snapshot on the developer's own availability and pricing page, sixteen of the eighteen three bedroom homes remained available. Two had already been reserved. That count moves whenever a reservation is confirmed, so treat it as a snapshot rather than a running total, and confirm the current figure with the sales team before you commit to a specific line or floor.

Sea view is not only for the penthouses

A common but incorrect claim is that only the penthouses face the sea at Platinum Tower. The developer's own availability and pricing page, which lists the outlook for every residence, says otherwise: sea view reaches lines A through D on floors three to nine, in addition to both penthouses. A three bedroom home on line B or C, within that floor range, carries a sea view on the same terms as any other line. Outside that range, a three bedroom home may carry a city, street or combined city and sea view instead. Ask which view applies to a specific unit before assuming either way.

Both penthouses, 10A and 10B, are already sold. They are not part of the three bedroom inventory this article is about, and nothing here is an offer on either one.

What a three bedroom home costs

Three bedroom homes are priced from EUR 231,700, per the developer's own availability and pricing page. Prices are indicative and subject to contract, and the final figure depends on line, floor and view. If a listing elsewhere in the Gambia, such as the 3+ bedroom listings on Properstar, quotes a three bedroom price without naming a line, floor or build stage, that is a sign it is not describing a specific Platinum Tower unit.

What is actually built today

As of 7 October 2026, construction stands at the second floor, per the developer's own construction progress page. The eleven level design shown in plans and renders, including every three bedroom floor this article describes, is still ahead of the build. Read any mention of the finished tower in future tense: it is designed, priced and available to reserve, not yet standing at full height.

How to check this yourself

Ask the sales team for the current availability count on lines B and C, request the floor plan for the specific floor you are considering, and confirm the view before you reserve, using the developer's own availability and pricing page as the starting point.
