A walkthrough dolly shot opens on palm trees at ground level, then cuts to the Atlantic near the top of the building: floor 1, then floor 9. The two frames make a clean before and after. They do not, on their own, say what happens on every floor in between, or whether the building has actually reached either level yet.
The ad's floor 1 to floor 9 cut is a visualised walkthrough, not finished footage
Neotec Africa's own developer page labels sequences like this one as an artist's impression, a visualised path through the plans rather than a camera moving through a finished building. The real, dated construction record sits on the progress page, separate from any marketing clip. A buyer should treat the ad as a tour of the design intent, not as proof that floor 9 already stands.
Sea View starts well before floor 9, not just at the top
The developer's own availability page lists outlook unit by unit. Lines A, B, C and D carry Sea View from the 3rd floor through the 9th floor, and both penthouses carry it as well. That means a two bedroom home on line A at floor 4, or a three bedroom home on line C at floor 6, already has the same ocean facing outlook the ad shows at its final frame. The sibling article Platinum Tower's three bedroom walkthrough ad, checked walks through that same line by line table for the three bedroom homes specifically.
City View applies to line E on floors 3 to 5 and to line F on floors 3 to 9. Line E picks up a City and Sea View from floor 6 to floor 9. None of that detail comes through in a two frame ad, which is exactly why the unit by unit page, not the clip, is the source to check before assuming a specific home's outlook.
Floor 1 real life matches the ad's starting frame, floor 9 does not yet exist
Floor 1 and floor 2 both carry Street View across every line, per the same availability page, so the ad's opening frame of palm trees and no ocean is consistent with what that level actually offers once finished. The structure itself, however, is cast only to the 2nd floor as of 7 October 2026, a stage confirmed on the progress page and covered in more detail in Platinum Tower's diplomatic quarter timelapse ad, checked. Floor 9 has not been built yet, so the ad's closing frame is a rendering of a future stage, not a photograph of a finished floor.
Reading a wide, whole building view the right way is its own skill, and Platinum Tower's aerial timelapse, checked sets out what an outline shot can and cannot confirm about how far a tower has actually risen.
What is confirmed about price and availability today
Studios are priced from EUR 89,900, and that figure, like every other price on the availability page, is indicative and subject to contract. Both penthouses, 10A and 10B, are sold, so the top floor outlook the ad hints at belongs to the regular Sea View floors below them, lines A through D from floor 3 to floor 9, rather than to any unit still open for reservation. Checking a specific line and floor against the live availability page remains the only way to confirm outlook, price and status before making a decision.
A two frame ad can only ever show two points on a much longer building. The developer's own unit by unit record is what fills in everything the dolly shot skips.
